Elections

I wasn't going to talk about elections in Russia or any of this politician stuff, well I kinda thought that some of you might be interested, but at the same time I was like - well\ok\whatever.. Anyways, now when it's all over and we have a "new" president for another 6 years, plus I kinda was asked to, I'm going to tell you all the ugly truth.
I'm not sure about the first voting wave(google it for more information), though I know that there were lots of falsifications, that caused lots of strikes and meetings. Mainly people didn't want the party of United Russia to lead the country anymore. Mostly people of young age went there and they actually say some real words. From their opinion(and mine as well) what we have with Putin(current president) is not a progress anymore, we are stucked. My granny says that Putin did a great job - "cleaning" - after the previous president who almost "killed" the country. He put back factories into work, made higher celeries and so on. I agree with it but what's now? The budget for educational and social systems is getting smaller and smaller all the time...
In the second tour, we had 4 candidates.
Vladimir Putin - United Russia. I said here what I could. He won. What a surprise. 63%
Sergey Mironov - Fair Russia. Not a popular one, haven't heard about his companies much.
Vladimir Zhirinovskiy - here goes the "ha-ha-ha-ha". He won't be a president of Russia ever, he is rude and makes himself a clown. I believe that people voted for him just for fun - to make a joke out of it. Not funny though =.=
Gennadiy Zuganov - it's a sweet candy for Mr. B and his jokes, coz this guy represents a communistic party. I've read his "promising" program where he talks a lot about money, well but here is a question - where is he gonna get those money for country. Print? Anyways he got a good percent after Putin, about 17. Why? Probably a bunch of old people(no offense to them) were dreaming about old lifestyle. BTW, this guy is like 70 years old...
Michail Prohorov - self-promotion. Businessman. About 45 years-old. Never married - no family, therefore no family values. Lots of people were thinking that he will become a president, as they founded him a good one to rule the country. I read his "promising" program and think that if he did become a president it would stay as just empty promises. First of all, you can't read the whole stuff that somebody wrote for him - it's too much, too complicated and not acceptable sometimes. Like what the heck with the pension and the amount of kids in the family? Why a person who had 4 kids get more money after he is off from work, while the other guy who worked as well hard or even harder gets less, because he had only one kid? What if the family had a chance only for a one child? Or what if those 4 kids were angels and the one in the family was really hard to cope with... Anyways, I am sleepy and doing an enormous amount of mistakes...
So we have the winner. Putin. Well, at least we know that Russia is still on its place.

Falsifications? Hell, yes!
Another strikes and meeting? Duh.
But no revolution, of course not. Don't believe the mass media. We are too afraid to loose our warm spots.

I'm afraid I'm not giving you the whole possible view, but if so - ask me for details, coz I can't continue that post anymore or I'll fall asleep on keyboard and end this message with zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
